And, I also told myself: NO MORE WIPs! But, I'll let this one slide XD
AND, before anyone asks, this is Photoshop Elements 11. That is the only painting program I own

I may be able to finish this tonight so I MAY have it posted later tonight. But, if not, it may not be until tomorrow evening when I post it cause of band camp
