OMG A POKEMON!!!!! OF ORIGINALITY!!!!

I need your guy's opinions on this!! What are some ideas on it? What specific dragon type is it? Name? Evolution of anything? (I hardly doubt it ) ANYTHING???? lol XD
Do you guys like it or what XD I, honestly, love this!! I've always tried inventing my own Pokemon, but they always fail XD But NOW, LOOK AT IT!! XD XD LOL (sry I'm spazzing XD)
